First, he won't go in for something, usually, unless he sees an immediate "turn-around" and more often than not he'd rather "make it work" than license something that could do it better and more efficiently despite the time savings. CodeTwo Exchange Sync and QSynchronization for Office Outlook The other options I found are as follows: It seems easy to do the reverse of what he's asking but very difficult to fulfill his request because it seems to require manual modification of a CSV file before re-importing. There's almost certainly a better way of doing it but what he'd like me to do is setup a script to do what he does but on a nightly basis. On a semi regular basis he deletes the contents of a Contacts folder in our Public folders and copies his up there so that the people who need it can have the most current information. So, my boss uses his personal contacts folder as a repository to collect customer/vendor/contacts for the company as a sort of Global Contacts. ![]()
